2. Account & Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use our site and place orders.
- Account Creation: You may create an account for a streamlined checkout process; guest checkout is also available.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information for shipping and billing purposes. Facoles is not liable for issues resulting from inaccurate order details.
3. Product Information
- Customization: Our ornaments are made-to-order based on your design and destination preferences. Please review your choices carefully before placing an order.
- Product Images: We strive to depict our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings or printing techniques.
- Product Changes: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at our discretion without prior notice.
4. Order Processing & Acceptance
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. This does not indicate acceptance.
- Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted once payment has cleared and customization details are verified.
- Cancellations:
- Custom Orders: Cancellations must be made within 1 hour if production has not started.
- Non-Custom Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
- After these periods, cancellations are not permitted due to the personalized nature of the products.
5. Payment Terms
- Accepted Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed in USD.
- Secure Processing: All transactions are securely handled by third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal). Facoles does not store your credit card details.
- Billing Errors: If your payment is declined or flagged as suspicious, your order will be placed on hold until the issue is resolved.
6. Shipping Policy
- Carriers: We ship using USPS, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, or other vetted logistics providers.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Estimated Delivery:
- US: 12–15 business days after shipping
- International: 12–17 business days after shipping
- Fees: Flat-rate shipping of $5.99 per order. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs/import fees.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Personalized ornaments are final sale unless they arrive defective or not as ordered.
- Return Window: Must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Process: Email support@facoles.com with order number and photos (if applicable) to initiate a return.
- Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
