Welcome to FACOLES! By browsing this site or placing an order, you’re agreeing to the stuff below. Nothing sneaky — just the basics we need on record.

Who can shop here

You’re good to go as long as you:

  • Are 18+ (or the legal adult age where you live)
  • Can legally enter into an agreement like this one
  • Give us accurate info at checkout
  • Are actually authorized to use the payment method you enter

We can refuse service, cancel an order, or close an account if something looks off — that’s our call.

What we sell & how pricing works

Desk mats, wall posters, and graphic tees for gamers, creators, and collectors — made to order, every single time. We don’t keep pre-made stock sitting around, so double-check your order before hitting submit.

Prices are in USD and don’t include tax or shipping (that’s added at checkout). We may fix pricing mistakes or change prices without a heads-up. Also — screens vary, so actual colors might look slightly different than what you see online.

Orders

Placing an order is you making an offer to buy — the confirmation email you get right after isn’t a “yes” yet. We officially accept your order once it enters production (you’ll get another email for that).

We can cancel or refuse orders for reasons like:

  • Product or pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
  • Bot orders, resellers, automated tools
  • Breaking these Terms

If we cancel your order, you get a full refund back to your original payment method.

Payment

We accept Stripe (PayPal may be added later). Placing an order means you’re authorizing us to charge your payment method for the full total — product + tax + shipping — right at checkout. Please make sure your billing info is accurate; wrong info can delay or cancel your order.

Whose stuff is this

Everything on this site — designs, art, photos, logos, text, code — belongs to (or is licensed by) HTM Stillway LLC. Please don’t copy, redistribute, or build on it without asking us first. “FACOLES” and our logo are our trademarks.

Your account

If you make an account, keep your login safe — you’re responsible for whatever happens under it. See something weird? Email us immediately at support@facoles.com. We can suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or show signs of fraud.

Emails we’ll send

Order-related emails (confirmations, shipping updates) are part of the deal — you can’t opt out of those. Promo emails are optional and you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in the email or by emailing us.

Please don’t

  • Use the site for anything illegal
  • Try to hack, scrape, or bot your way around the site
  • Mess with our servers or disrupt the site
  • Collect other users’ personal info
  • Resell our products without permission
  • Post fake, misleading, or defamatory content

Other websites

We might link out to other sites sometimes. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what happens there — use them at your own risk.

Warranty disclaimer
