Refund & Returns Policy

Everything’s custom-made just for you, so we can’t take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size picked at checkout. But if something’s actually wrong on our end, we’ll make it right — no hassle.

We’ll accept a return if

  • It has a print/manufacturing defect (misprint, wrong colors, material flaw)
  • It arrived damaged or broken
  • You got the wrong product, size, or design
  • It’s noticeably different from what’s shown on the site
  • Something advertised as included is missing

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to let us know.

What you get

  • Full refund to your original payment method, or a free replacement — your pick
  • Free return label — we cover the cost
  • No restocking fee

Not covered

  • Changed your mind / no longer want it
  • Wrong size picked by you (check the size chart on the product page first!)
  • Item’s been worn, washed, or altered
  • Reported after the 30-day window
  • Minor color differences from normal printing/screen variation

How to request a return

Step 1: Email support@facoles.com with subject “Return Request — Order #[Your Order Number]”. Include your name, order number, photos of the issue, and whether you’d like a refund or replacement.

Step 2: We’ll review within 1–2 business days and get back to you with one of:

  • Approved — we send return instructions + a prepaid label
  • Approved without a return — for small/low-value issues, we may just refund or replace without needing the item back
  • Denied — we’ll explain why it doesn’t qualify

Step 3: If a return’s needed, ship it back within 14 days of approval using our label.

Step 4: Once we get and check it (3–5 business days), your refund or replacement goes out.

Refunds always go back to your original payment method — no cash, no checks, no alternatives.

Refund taking too long?

Double-check your bank/card account first (processing times vary a lot by bank), then email us your order number if it’s still not showing up.

No direct exchanges

We don’t do straight swaps. If we sent something wrong or defective, it’s a refund or a replacement — not an exchange.

Package arrived damaged?

  1. Photo the packaging before opening it
  2. Open it up and check the contents
  3. If it’s damaged, photograph it right away
  4. Email us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos

We’ll sort you out at no cost to you.
