Privacy Policy

Here’s what happens with your info when you shop with FACOLES (run by HTM Stillway LLC). Short version: we use it to get your order made and shipped, and we don’t sell it. Long version below.
What we collect
Stuff you give us
- Your name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number
- Payment info (Stripe handles the actual card details — we never see or store your full card number)
- Account info: username, password, order history, preferences
- Whatever you tell our support team
Stuff we collect automatically
- IP address, browser/device type
- Pages you visit, time spent, what you click
- Where you came from (referring links)
- Rough location (based on IP)
What we do with it
- Get your order made & shipped, plus give you tracking info
- Help you out when you contact support
- Run your account — save preferences, verify it’s you
- Keep you updated — order status, shipping, and (if you opt in) promos
- Understand site usage so we can improve things
- Catch fraud and keep the site secure
- Follow the law when required
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal info. We only share with the people who help us actually run the business:
- Stripe / PayPal — process your payment (name, billing address, email, card details go straight to them — not stored on our end)
- [POD_SUPPLIER] — our print partner who makes and ships your order (gets your name, shipping address, phone, and order details)
- Shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) — deliver your package
- Google Analytics — anonymized traffic data to help us improve the site
- [EMAIL_TOOL] — if you’re subscribed to our emails (email, name, purchase history)
- Stripe Radar — automatic fraud detection
- Law enforcement — only if legally required
- A future buyer — if FACOLES is ever sold or merged, you’d be notified
Cookies
- Essential — needed for cart/checkout/login, can’t be turned off
- Performance & functional — remember your preferences, help us improve the site
- Marketing — used for relevant ads, you can opt out via your browser settings
We don’t currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
How long we keep things

After that, it’s deleted or anonymized for good.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we have on you, fix anything wrong, delete your info, or opt out of marketing emails anytime.
California residents: you’ve got extra rights under the CCPA — know what we collect, delete it, opt out of any future sale of data (we don’t sell it currently), fix inaccurate info, and we won’t penalize you for using any of these rights. Email us with the subject line “CCPA Request” and we’ll respond within 45 days.
Nevada residents: we don’t sell your personal info either — email us with any questions.
Kids
This site is for adults and isn’t meant for anyone under 13. We don’t knowingly collect data from kids under 13 — if that happens by accident, let us know at support@facoles.com and we’ll delete it right away.
Keeping it safe
SSL/TLS encryption across the site, PCI-DSS compliant payments via Stripe, and regular security checks. That said, no online system is 100% unhackable — we do our best, but can’t guarantee absolute security.
If you’re outside the US
We operate out of the United States, so your info gets processed here. Using the site means you’re okay with that.
Updates
We’ll update the date at the top when this policy changes, and email you directly if it’s a big change.
