Cancellation Policy & Order Modification

Everything’s made to order — once production starts, your item can’t be cancelled or changed. So give your order a once-over before hitting submit!
Cancelling an order
You can cancel before production starts — but since we get moving fast, that window is short. Email us immediately at support@facoles.com with your order number, the email on the order, and (optionally) why you’re cancelling. We process cancellations Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM EST.

| Cancelled before production | Full refund within 5–10 business days |
| Already in production | Too late to cancel — it’s being custom-made |
| Already shipped | Can’t cancel — check our Refund & Returns Policy instead |
How to know where your order’s at
You’ll get an email at each stage:
- Order Confirmed — still cancellable
- In Production — no longer cancellable
- Shipped — on its way to you

Changing an order
Before production starts, we might be able to update:
- Shipping address
- Size (for items with size options, like tees)
We can’t change:
- The design or artwork
- Product type (e.g. desk mat → poster)
- Adding a discount code after the order’s placed
To request a change, email us your order number and what you need updated — we’ll confirm if it’s doable. If not, your options are to keep the original order, or cancel it (if still possible) and reorder.
If we cancel your order
Sometimes it’s on us — pricing/site errors, production issues, suspected fraud, or a Terms violation. If that happens, you’ll get an email explaining why, plus a full refund within 5–10 business days.
