Cancellation Policy & Order Modification

1. Cancellation & Modification Window

Facoles allows customers to cancel or modify an order within 12 hours from the time the order is placed.

  • Within 12 hours: you may request a cancellation, address change, or order modification at no additional cost.
  • After 12 hours: your order will normally enter processing and may be printed, packed, or shipped. Once this stage begins, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

If you need to make a change, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist you within the allowed timeframe.

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request a cancellation or modification, please take the following steps immediately:

  1. Find your Order Confirmation Email and note your Order Number (for example: #12345).
  2. Send an email to support@facoles.com with one of the following subject lines:
    [Cancel Order #12345] or [Modify Order #12345].
  3. In the body of the email, clearly describe what you want us to do (for example: “Please cancel this order” or “Please change the size to Large”).

3. Refund Processing

Our support team will review your request and confirm whether it can be approved based on the 12‑hour window and the current status of your order.

  • Approval: we aim to respond to cancellation or modification requests within 1 business day, confirming approval or explaining why it cannot be completed.
  • Refund timeline: if a refund is approved, we will submit it immediately. Refunds usually take 1–3 business days to be processed by Facoles. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Price differences on modifications: if your order is changed to an item with a lower price, the difference will be refunded using the same method and timeline described above.
