About Us
Who We Are
FACOLES is a desk gear brand owned and operated by Thi Bich Huyen Nguyen. We design and run the store from Vietnam, and every piece is printed to order by our production partners and shipped across the United States.
Our team in Vietnam combines bold, refined-grunge design with reliable production partners and real customer support.
Our Mission
To make your setup say something. We’re building a lineup of desk gear that’s original, made with intention, and bold enough to actually mean something — not just filler for an empty desk.
What We Make
We specialize in desk gear: original-design desk mats in two collections — Abstract and Folklore. Every piece is printed on demand using premium materials and inks.
Because everything’s made individually, we skip the over-stocking, cut down on waste, and keep dropping new designs instead of sitting on old inventory.
How We Produce
Every order goes into production, gets checked, and gets packed after you check out. Nothing ships from a warehouse shelf — it’s made fresh, just for you, and arrives within 21 days of your order date.
Our production partners follow set quality standards for material, print, and finishing, so what arrives matches what you saw on the site. We ship through established carriers to customers across the United States — full details in our Shipping Policy.
Customer Support
We want you to know exactly what to expect when you order from FACOLES — that’s why our Shipping, Returns, Cancellation, and Privacy policies are all laid out clearly on the site.
If anything’s off with your order, our support team is one email away at support@facoles.com — we’ll help you sort it out.
