Track My Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow it.
How to track
Option 1: Click the tracking link in the email titled “Your FACOLES Order Has Shipped” — it takes you straight to the carrier’s page.
Option 2: Go directly to the carrier’s site and enter your tracking number:
- USPS: usps.com → “Track & Manage”
- FedEx: fedex.com → “Tracking”
- DHL: dhl.com → “Track”
Good to know
- Production comes first — your tracking number only shows up once your item is made and handed to the carrier. That’s usually 3–5 business days after ordering.
- “Label Created” or “Pre-Shipment” just means the label’s printed, not scanned by the carrier yet. Usually updates within 24–48 hours.
- International tracking can go quiet during customs clearance — it’ll pick back up once your package lands in your country.
Didn’t get a tracking email?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Search your inbox for “facoles” or “order shipped”
- Still nothing? Email us your name and order number at support@facoles.com and we’ll resend it
Tracking not moving?
If it hasn’t updated in 7+ business days (US) or 14+ business days (international), email us your order number and tracking number — we’ll chase it down with the carrier.
