Detail runs edge to edge, which makes this a statement piece rather than a quiet backdrop. The densest design in the Folklore line.

Build

Surface — smooth cloth top, printed edge to edge in full colour. Tracks
cleanly for both optical and laser sensors.
Base — natural rubber backing that grips the desk and stays put through
fast movement.
Edges — stitched border to stop fraying at the corners, where mats
normally fail first.
Thickness — 3 mm on both sizes. Enough cushioning to rest a wrist on,
thin enough that your keyboard does not sit at an awkward angle.

Sizes

Standard — 23.6 × 13.8 in (60 × 35 cm). Deep enough to hold a keyboard
and still leave a full mouse zone beside it. The default choice for most desks.
Extended — 31.5 × 11.8 in (80 × 30 cm). Longer, but shallower front to
back. Built for wide keyboards and long low-DPI sweeps rather than for depth. Measure your
desk before choosing this one — it needs width, not depth.

Every FACOLES desk mat comes in Standard and Extended. Standard is the deeper of the two and suits a compact desk. Extended is the wider one, built to run a full keyboard and mouse across a single continuous surface. Measure the usable depth of your desk before choosing.
