The lightest pattern load in the Folklore line — closest to a plain mat that still has something to say. Most of the surface is open gradient.
Build
- Surface — smooth cloth top, printed edge to edge in full colour. Tracks
cleanly for both optical and laser sensors. - Base — natural rubber backing that grips the desk and stays put through
fast movement. - Edges — stitched border to stop fraying at the corners, where mats
normally fail first. - Thickness — 3 mm on both sizes. Enough cushioning to rest a wrist on,
thin enough that your keyboard does not sit at an awkward angle.
Sizes
- Standard — 23.6 × 13.8 in (60 × 35 cm). Deep enough to hold a keyboard
and still leave a full mouse zone beside it. The default choice for most desks. - Extended — 31.5 × 11.8 in (80 × 30 cm). Longer, but shallower front to
back. Built for wide keyboards and long low-DPI sweeps rather than for depth. Measure your
desk before choosing this one — it needs width, not depth.
